Mapping a network drive is not a specific application issue (i.e. Onbase), and can be resolved by the UTech Service Desk or Deskside Support.
- Has permission been granted to the user?
- If not, have the supervisor request access by submitting a ticket.
- If yes, permission has been granted, does the user have the path?
- If yes they have the path, instruct the user how to map a network drive or route the inquiry to Deskside Support.
- If the user does NOT know the folder path, the user should ask their department Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the path once instructions for mapping the drive have been provided.
