OnBase – Request an OnBase User Account
*OnBase access will not be granted for new users until this training is complete.
*If a new user will be indexing invoices for Accounts Payable, this additional training course is required.
All OnBase access requests should be routed to help@case.edu and include the individual's:
- First name (no nicknames)
- Last name
- Case Network ID
- Whether they are student/temp/regular employee
- Desired Role within OnBase or a current user with the desired permissions to be copied for the new user
Once access is granted via UTech’s response to the ticket created, the new user can log into OnBase at case.edu/onbase.
