OnBase – Request an OnBase User Account
*All new OnBase users except Students and Supervisors requiring access to Hire Forms should complete this training before requesting access.
*If a new user will be indexing invoices for Accounts Payable, this additional training course is required.

Is the user a student who needs access to OnBase to sign the Student Employment forms?

If YES, assign to OnBase - EDOCM.

If NO, proceed to #2.

Is the user a Supervisor requiring access to Forms for Student Employment?

If YES, assign the ticket and to OnBase - EDOCM

Please make sure the CASE NETID of the supervisor is listed in the ticket. If the request is from external user please add their affiliate NETID in the ticket.

If there are any questions regarding required details for creating an affiliate account for the supervisor for accessing the Forms for Student Employment please direct the questions to stu-emp@case.edu or 216.368.4533. The OnBase team would not be able to give access to the form without an active NETID.

If NO, proceed to #3.

Is the user a Supervisor or Solution Owner for any other department?

If NO, direct the user to contact their Supervisor to submit the request.

If YES, collect the following information, then reassign to OnBase - EDOCM.

First name (no nicknames)

Last name
-
Case Network ID
-
Whether they are student/temp/regular employee

Desired Role within OnBase or a current user with the desired permissions to be copied for the new user.
Once access is granted via UTech’s response to the ticket created, the new user can log into OnBase at case.edu/onbase.
