Knox Mobile Enrollment settings
Navigate to https://www.samsungknox.com/en?:
Click on Sign In at the top right of the page and choose SIGN IN under the Microsoft Entra ID, Okta or Ping Identity section:
Input your abc123@case.edu account then click NEXT. You will then have to finalize any password, SSO and/or MFA you have configured:
This screen is all of the Knox Admin Portal, we only use the Knox Mobile Enrollment section.
Click on the Knox Mobile Enrollment to expand the offerings therein:
If you get popup messages such as seen above, click the x in the top right or click Ok.
Clicking Devices will give you a listing of any that are enrolled:
Clicking on Profiles will show any profiles you have configured:

Each profile has a specific setting that coincides with the Intune profile setup to receive it:
The setting for DPC extras for Intune – This is the specific area that calls upon the Intune settings. Each profile has a unique identifier.
Note that you will need access to do work in Entra ID at a certain level and in the Knox portal as well.
If you click on the Resellers section, it will show any resellers you currently have connected to the portal:
Depending on the reseller, they may have a more complicated way to connect than to simply add them here. Check with the reseller to know what process to use.
If you click on the Device users, you will see a listing of Device Users:
If you click on Administrator and Roles, you can see those that have roles inside of the portal:
Lastly, you can look at the Activity log by selecting it from the listing:
You have the ability to download the activity log as well from this location.
Other than the connector needed in the Profiles section, there is nothing more needed in the portal. Should you wish to setup different profiles and get more complicated with that, then more work would be needed.
