Step 1: Log In to Apple School Manager
Navigate to https://school.apple.com and log in using the Apple ID that Endpoint Management has set up for you.
Step 2: Locate the Device
Once logged in, find the Devices tab on the left-hand sidebar and click on it. From there, paste or enter the device's serial number into the search bar at the top of the screen.
Step 3: Turn Off Activation Lock
Click on the device from the search results to view its details. In the upper right-hand corner, locate the three-dot menu (⋯) and click on it. A dropdown menu will appear — select "Turn Off Activation Lock" to complete the process.
