CWRU users have a Google Apps passphrase in addition to their CWRU Network ID passphrase. The Google Apps passphrase is required for using client applications such as Outlook and other mail clients.
Most Google Apps passphrases are changed when your CWRU Network ID passphrase is changed through a 'sync' process. If you find that you cannot access your email through Outlook, OS X Mail, iOS Mail or another client, try changing your Google Apps passphrase through the link below.
