Issues/Questions

Setting up Mobility Print

  1. Visit  the Mobility Print Setup
    1. Student Printing https://printserver-03.case.edu:9164/setup
    2. Faculty/staff Printing: https://printserver-02.case.edu:9164/setup
  2. If it does not default to your correct OS scroll to the bottom of the page and select the appropriate OS.
  3. Download and run the Mobility Print installer.
    1. Don’t change the name of the installer; it tells Mobility Print where the printers live
    2. If username and password are requested, enter your CWRU credentials.
  4. For Mac users:
    1. If you are not sure how to print from your application, look at Print from your Mac.
    2. Note: If you enter the wrong authentication details, MacBook devices do not show any warning message; your job will just not print. If your job doesn’t print, check the Print Queue dialog (see instructions below). If the print job is there and has the message Held for authentication, click the  icon; then re-enter your login details.
      1. To find the print queue, go to the Apple menu (apple icon in upper left corner), click System Preferences, go to “Printers & Scanners”, find the appropriate printer and click “Open Print Queue”.
