Our mission is to combine university data from separate sources across the institution to one location, which will provide a single view of university information and provide a standardized way of communication. The individual portals correspond with environments that have been created to meet the needs of the university based on data security controls. All employees have access to the data.case.edu data portal. If you think you need access to another portal, please submit a Help Ticket. The data portals below provide access points to university data presented in the self-service Tableau analytics platform. Portals are available 24/7 and most dashboards are updated nightly, unless otherwise noted.

Having Trouble Finding Content?

  • Once you log into a data portal, you may not see content on the HOME page. If this is the case, please select EXPLORE on the left menu bar to view content folders.

  • You may also use the Welcome Hub in the data portal to see what content you have permission to view.
