What data do I have access to view?
Once you log into the Tableau University Data Portal at data.case.edu, you can find the Welcome Hub at https://data.case.edu/#/views/WelcomeHub/WelcomeHub. This resource was designed to give the user a list of resources that they have access to across the whole server (including pre-production sites for those that are Tableau Creators). There are direct links to dashboards, a section for finding new content, as well as server statistics. The Welcome Hub is found in it's own site on the server called <Welcome Hub>. You can switch server sites on your left menu bar to the CWRU Analytics site for all of the production level dashboards.
Where do I find a full list of dashboards in publication (regardless of access)?
Within the General Institutional folder of the CWRU Analytics production site, all employees have access to the Dashboard Catalog. This contains a list of all dashboard workbooks in production. If you think you should have access to any of these resources you may put in a Help ticket to request access. Please note that there must be a business justification for access and all access policies must follow the Data Governance policies and principles.
