Requesting a Knox account
Refer to the following url for information on how to create the account:

Navigate to https://www.samsungknox.com/en:
Click on the Get Started button in the top right corner:
Put in your email account in the section labeled Work email:
Click on the Sign up button in black at the bottom:
Fill out the form appropriately:
Choosing all of the options will allow you to get up to date information. Click Agree:
Fill out the field as appropriate:
Check your email for the verification (to get the code to put in here):
Once you verify your code, it will progress to create the account.
You will not have full access to do much at all, until you get an email from Knox letting you know that you now have access.
That process can take about a week. Once you get the message from Knox, you are ready to sign in:
PLEASE NOTE: Because this is based off of a trial license, you will not be able to click on the mentioned support and get to anyone ‘online’. I call will be required for help.

Since we use Entra ID, you use the second Sign in button:
Put in your abc123@case.edu account, then click SIGN IN. You will finish with your usual password, any MFA if already setup, etc:
This is the full suite of offerings. We only use the Knox Mobile Enrollment.
