Set up and configuration of the CWRU – Helpdesk Role

 

Navigate to https://intune.microsoft.com/#home:

Select Tenant administration from the far left-hand blade:

Select Roles on the middle blade:

Select CWRU – Helpdesk Role:

PLEASE NOTE: When creating a new role, select +Create from the top of the same screen.

Select Properties from the middle blade:

Select Edit to the right of Permissions:

Click on the arrows to show the configured settings:

PLEASE NOTE: Because this is a Helpdesk level role, there is very limited access.  Generally, this role has view only access, where appropriate.
