Google Takeout allows you to download all of your Google data. It does not delete your data, but allows for you to keep an archive.
Export and download data from the following services:
- Email
- Documents
- Calendar
- Photos
- YouTube videos
- Data about registration and account activity
Keep the information on your hard drive, on a flash drive, or move it to another service. Google Doc, Sheet and Slides files can be converted to Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint files during this process.
