Network registration verifies your device as a member of the CWRU network.

Registration allows UTech to contact and assist owners of devices if their machines become infected with a virus or are otherwise damaging to the network. Device registration also enhances personal security and deters unauthorized network traffic.
The CWRU wired network operates at speeds up to 1 Gigabyte per second. It consists of both fiber optic and Category 5 Ethernet ports for both data and voice. The network is available to the faculty, staff and students through the use of the ports on distributed faceplates.
Students are welcome to bring their gaming consoles to campus and use the CWRU network for connecting and playing multi-user online games. Gaming consoles that utilize the wired network must be registered. Use the registration form link below.
