Navigate to endpoint.microsoft.com:
Select Apps on the left-hand pane:
Select the appropriate Platform (Windows in our example):
Click + Create:
Click on the Pulldown menu from App type:
Choose Windows app (Win32):
Click Select:
Click on ‘Select app package file’:
Click on the blue folder to browse for the file:
Find the .intunewin file you created for this application:
Click on Open:
Once populated, click on the OK button:
Change the following to appropriately fill out the screen:
Adjust as necessary to match versions, etc.
Click on ‘Select image’:
Click on the blue folder to browse the image file:
Find the file and then Click on Open:
Click OK to close that blade:
Click Next to continue:
Input the proper information here:
PLEASE NOTE: This app is using the User Install behavior. Because of this we will need to utilize user targeting, not device targeting. Also, Required and Uninstall groupings/commands do not work properly in User Install behavior via Intune. The Uninstall command is required here but does not work properly.

Change the settings as shown:
This particular install needs to be specifically targeted to 64 bit systems and we chose the highest build for Window 10 as the minimum OS.

Click on the pulldown for Rules format and choose Manually configure detection rules:
Click on + Add in blue:
Click on the pull-down menu for Rule type and choose File:
Change to match the the information below (see example):
Click OK to continue:

Add all appropriate scope tags by clicking on ‘+ Select scope tags’:

Leave this empty for now. Remember that this app is a user install behavior so we need to have the setting Available for enrolled devices as the target area. Because it is by user, targeting either Required or Uninstall would cause the app to try to do those actions on any device that the user has ever signed into. Available and then utilizing the Company Portal app is a cleaner way to provide this app.
Click Next to continue:
Review the settings, then click Create for it to start that process.
Once done, it will take you back to the list of windows applications. You can search for the application thereafter from the search bar or by browsing by name in the list.
Add in the groups of users you wish to target the application, and you are all set to see it show up in Company Portal for those users. There will need to be a sync (either manually or automatic) from the machine to Intune to recognize the app is now available to them.
Should the user need to uninstall the application, it can be done manually from Programs and features (Control Panel).
PLEASE NOTE: If the area this software is being installed in utilizes AppBlocker at all, an exception will need to be put in. For reference there is one in place in University General, GP name UGEN Default Workstation Policy. Once you go to edit the policy, the instance is under Computer Configuration, Policies, Windows Settings, Security Settings, Application Control Policies, AppLocker. If you look through the Overview you can see the Executable Rules. It’s Name is %OSDRIVE%\Users\*\AppData\Local\Programs\antigravity\*.
