Google Calendar

Google Calendar, the official university calendaring system, is part of the Google Apps for Education collaboration suite. CWRU Google Calendar is a flexible application that enables users to create, manage and share multiple calendars in a variety of formats. Log in to webcalendar.case.edu with your CWRU Network ID and password to view your CWRU Google Calendar from any computer or mobile device. You can also view your calendar in applications such as Microsoft Outlook and Apple iCal.

There are numerous applications on the market capable of managing your CWRU calendar. Some of these applications are built into your device’s operating system, while others must be downloaded and installed.

Mobile Calendar

There are three ways to access your CWRU calendar from your mobile device:

  1. Navigate to webcalendar.case.edu from your device’s web browser
  2. Download and install the Google Calendar app (if compatible)
  3. Configure your device’s built-in calendar app to access your CWRU calendar
