SPARCRequest (Services, Pricing, & Application for Research Centers) is a web-based research transaction management system that provides a central portal to researchers and their study teams to browse for research services and resources as well as submit service and pricing requests with a focus on proposal/budget development.

1. Gather resolution information and enter it into the ticket.
2. Check that the site is up by going to https://sparc.case.edu. 
3. Click on the blue “Login/Sign Up” button and use your Case ID and passphrase when prompted.
   1. If successful, resolve the ticket.
   2. If unsuccessful, assign the ticket to the CTSC Support group.
