*Onbase is sun setting it's Unity Client solution and moving to utilizing only the Web Client solution. This is the preferred solution and can be found at case.edu/onbase.
**All new users to OnBase need to complete training found here before an account can be created.
1. Is request coming from EU Supervisor? If NO, instruct person to have supervisor submit an IT ticket requesting Onbase access, what that access should be, what solution they are using, identify the person for whom they are requesting access for, and what is that persons job or role.
2. If YES, create ticket for Onbase team with the above data provided.
