The Student Information System (SIS), also referred to as Student System or PeopleSoft SIS, is the university administrative system used for managing student records information, student financial information and the university course catalog.

  • Registration
  • Degree Requirements Report and What-if Reports
  • Grades and Transcripts
  • My Planner
  • Financial Account Inquiry
  • Payments
  • Authorized Users (Parent Access)
  • Address and Phone Number Maintenance
  • Emergency Contact Maintenance
  • Privacy Settings (FERPA)

Faculty Services available in SIS include:

  • Class Roster
  • Grade Submission and Grade Changes
  • Class Permissions
  • Advisee Information
  • Degree Requirements Report and What-if Reports
  • Release Advisee Holds
  • Advisee Shopping Carts
  • Department Admin Center
  • Online Course Action Form

SIS is the database of record for student information and course information.

Available 24/7, support available 9-5, M-F

Access

SIS is available to current CWRU students, instructors and advisors, academic administrators, alumni and other authorized users.

Provided to at no additional cost.
