How to access CWRU voicemail

You may access your CWRU voicemail account on- or off-campus from any telephone, or using the internet.

Off-campus

Web Access

  1. Type um.case.edu into your browser address bar.
  2. Sign in using your CWRU Network ID and password.
  3. Received messages are shown in reverse-chronological order.

Telephone Access

  1. Dial +1-216-754-3800
  2. When prompted for your ID, enter 7-digit personal mailbox number (ex., 368-XXXX or 888-XXXX).
  3. Press the pound (#) key.
  4. Enter your PIN (default is 10900).
  5. Press the pound (#) key.

On-campus

Cisco VoIP phone

  1. Press the Messages key.
  2. Shared mailbox users only. All others, skip to step 3.
    1. When greeting begins, press the star (*) key.
    2. Enter your 7-digit personal mailbox number (ex., 368-XXXX or 888-XXXX).
    3. Press the pound (#) key.
  3. Enter your PIN (default is 10900).
  4. Press the pound (#) key.

Analog VoIP Phone

  1. Press the star (*) key and then 0.
  2. Shared mailbox users only. All others, skip to step 3.
    1. When greeting begins, press the star (*) key.
    2. Enter your 7-digit personal mailbox number (ex., 368-XXXX or 888-XXXX).
    3. Press the pound (#) key.
  3. Enter your PIN (default is 10900).
  4. Press the pound (#) key.
