How do I resolve my Gmail/Salesforce side panel not showing up at all?
- Confirm you are opening Gmail in a Google Chrome browser (Chrome extension so no other browser will work)
- Confirm you are using your "@case.edu" Gmail account (personal Gmail accounts will not connect)
- Follow instructions linked in (1) supporting documentation below to clear the Salesforce Gmail Chrome extension cache
- Click back into your Gmail and refresh your browser to see if the side panel shows up
- Follow steps 2-6 linked in (2) supporting documentation below to clear your Chrome browser cache and add trusted site
