"Webex Calling" is a cloud-based Unified Communication Service marketed by Cisco that is used at CWRU to provide softphones for the University. This article documents how to reset your Webex Calling Voicemail PIN.
You can change your display name for your office number (Webex App profile) to your preferred name. For example, if your name is Jennifer, but most people know you as Jen.

Note: This method only applies to personal office number. If you are trying to change the display name
for a shared line or department number, please open a ticket with the helpdesk at 216-368-HELP.
1) Open the Webex App
2) Open the Profile Menu by clicking the Avatar icon on top left of the app
3) Select "Edit Profile"
4) Enter the desire Display Name in the text field and select "Save".

Note: This method only applies to personal office number. If you are trying to change the display name
for a shared line or department number, please open a ticket with the helpdesk at 216-368-HELP.
- Log into Webex User Hub at https://user.webex.com
- Select "Profile" on the left side of the webpage
- Enter desired Display Number in the Display Name text field
Note: DO NOT modify your First Name and Last Name text fields.
- Click 'Save" button
