How do I reserve a TEC for my lecture / meeting / conference / special event?

1. TEC reservations are managed by the University Registrar’s Office.
2. www.case.edu/rooms contains information for all reservable spaces at CWRU.
3. Sort by:
   1. Location
   2. Building
   3. Capacity
   4. TEC level
   5. Contact/Department
4. Search by:
   1. Room number
   2. Contact phone number
5. During business hours, contact the Registrar’s office (216 368-4310) for scheduling assistance.
6. Resolve ticket.

*NOTE: Rooms for special events or programs not related to courses cannot be scheduled until after each term’s drop/add date, unless it is a request for the weekend or Community Hour.
