The UTech Care Center in KSL can provide short or long term loans of either a Dell laptop or a Chromebook.

How long is the loan?

  1. Length of loan can be short term or long term.

Is the data backed up on the loaners?

  1. No, the individual borrowing the device is responsible for making sure they keep their data.  UTech does not back up data on these loaners.

Chromebook Lending
UTech will provide Chromebooks for lending while an individual's machine is in for repair. These are usually short term loans (less than 2 weeks).
Laptop (Dell) Loaner Request
UTech has a limited supply of laptops that can be loaned out on a short term basis while an individual's machine is being repaired. They can also be utilized by students for a semester long loan if needed.
