Continuing Research Education Credit (CREC) is a collaborative program where Case Western Reserve University (CWRU), MetroHealth, and University Hospitals provide free documented training in the protection of human subjects in compliance with NIH research educational requirements.

OSPARS
OSPARS (Office of Sponsored Projects Administration Reporting System) is a system that contains a series of management level summary reports of proposals and awards across the University over a period of 3 to 5 years prior to the current fiscal year.
PADS/Spiderweb
PADS (Proposal and Award Database System) and Spiderweb are systems used in Research Administration at CWRU.
Sparta Agreements
Sparta Agreements helps streamline management of your financial and non-financial research agreements.
Sparta COI
SpartaCOI is the Office of Research Compliance's electronic system for administering research-related conflict of interest certifications. Faculty and research-related staff use SpartaCOI to complete their annual COI training and submit/update annual COI certifications and disclosures.
Sparta Grants (SpartaPre)
The electronic pre-award system for submission of grant proposals and initiation of research contracts is called Sparta (Sponsored Programs Application for Research Tracking and Administration) Pre-Award.
Sparta IRB
SpartaIRB (SpartaIRB.case.edu) is the electronic IRB submission system for both University Hospitals and Case Western Reserve University.
