Incident Response is the investigation/resolution of suspicious activities perpetrated via electronic or paper means. Incident Response also includes the emergency response to paper or electronic suspicious activities, policy violations or theft.

How to get it
Users can report an incident or suspicious activity to the Service Desk via the form on this page, phone or email. The report will escalate to the Information Security Team as needed.
