PeopleSoft HCM Security

 

HCM is also referred to as PeopleSoft HCM or PeopleSoft HR by faculty and staff. HCM is the Human Capital Management System, an administrative database used for employee records, employee benefits and payroll. The system also includes the time reporting system used by all staff and student employees as well as an online recruiting system used for all staff positions.

Note: Standard Access for Faculty, Staff, and Students will be provided during their hiring process, any issues with accessing HCM should be directed to HCM Help.

For administrative users only: Please submit a service request with the Case HelpDesk (HCM Security, button to the right) for any specific security updates in HCM for user access, roles, permissions, etc.
