PeopleSoft SIS Security

The PeopleSoft Student Information System (SIS), also referred to as Student System or PeopleSoft SIS, is the university administrative system used for managing student records information, student financial information and the university course catalog.

Note: Standard Access for Faculty, Staff, and Students will be provided during their hiring process and enrollment into the University.  Any issues with accessing SIS should be directed to the Office of the University Registrar by contacting sissecurity@case.edu.

For general campus users (faculty and staff): Please complete the SIS Security Form or contact sissecurity@case.edu. for access to SIS.

For administrative users only: Please submit a service request with the Case HelpDesk (SIS Security, button to the right) for any specific security updates in SIS for user access, roles, permissions etc.
