Mapping a Network Drive - User Needs Change to Application Access/Privileges

Mapping a network drive is not a specific application issue (i.e. Onbase), and can be resolved by the UTech Service Desk or Deskside Support.

  1. Has permission been granted to the user? 
    1. If not, have the supervisor request access by submitting a ticket. 
    2. If yes, permission has been granted, does the user have the path? 
      1. If yes they have the path, instruct the user how to map a network drive or route the inquiry to Deskside Support. 
      2. If the user does NOT know the folder path, the user should ask their department Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the path once instructions for mapping the drive have been provided.
