Quickly access important records, lists, groups, reports, dashboards and other frequently used pages in Salesforce. A favorite is similar to a bookmark in a web browser, but your Salesforce favorites list is always available regardless of the browser or computer that you use.

How do I favorite a page?
- Navigate to any page you would like to remember - dashboard, report, list, student Case record, any Contact etc.
- Click on the grey star in the top right header to add it as a favorite > the star turns white with blue background
- To navigate back to this favorite anytime, select the dropdown arrow to the right of the star and scroll through your list
- To unfavorite any page:
- Navigate to the page and toggle the star off
- Or use the dropdown next to the star to pull up the entire favorites list > click 'Edit Favorites' at the bottom > click the X next to the favorite you want to remove
What else can I do with favorites?
- From the dropdown next to the star you can search all your favorites using the 'Find Favorite' search box
- every user can have up to 200 favorites
- After clicking 'Edit Favorites', you can then rearrange them by clicking/dragging any 3 line icon on the right
