Salesforce is an Enterprise Customer-Relationship Management (CRM) application. Though primarily used by Undergraduate Advising Services, Career Planning, Executive Education, and University Marketing and Communications, potential additional uses will be considered and requests for consultation are welcomed.
Salesforce is funded through a departmental chargeback model. There is an annual departmental cost for this service, and individual users must be licensed.
How to get it
If your department already has licensed users, reach out to your director or designated super-user to request a license and arrange training. If you or your department are considering the use of Salesforce application services, please reach out to the Salesforce group via a HelpDesk ticket to discuss your use case.
