Student Success Hub is a Salesforce application enabling staff and faculty to engage and support students and alumni. Student Success Hub provides students' four-year advisors with data-informed insights allowing them to create connected support processes by providing deep visibility into the student experience, leveraging purpose-built functionality that brings stakeholders together quickly to deliver the holistic support that students need.

Available 24/7, support available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

This service is available for faculty and staff.
Cost
There is an annual departmental cost for this service, and individual users must be licensed.
How to get it
If your department already has licensed users, reach out to your director or designated super-user to request a license and arrange training.
