How to Download, Install and Configure (MyApps) Horizon Desktop Client

SOP – How to Download, Install and Configure Horizon MyApps Client

1. Click on the links below on the machine you are wanting to have the Horizon Client installed on to download. Click on the Blue HERE or copy and paste the links

      2. Some links require an additional step by click on the Blue Download Button 

2. Please locate the file you just download and open it. 

3. Click Start and accept the license agreement

1 Go to https://customerconnect.omnissa.com/downloads/info/slug/desktop_en d_user_computing/omnissa_horizon_clients/8

2 Click "Go to Downloads"

3 Click "Download Now"

4 Open the file to start the install

5 Click "Agree & Install"

6 Click "Finish"

7 Click Restart Now

8 Double-click "Omnissa Horizon Client"

9 Click "Add Server"

10 Enter "myapps.case.edu"

11 Click "Connect" Alert! Web Browser will open up to the CWRU Logon Portal

12 Sign in with your CWRU Email

13 Click this button.

Alert! If you're the only person who uses this device, Click Yes. Otherwise Click No.

14 Click "Yes, this is my device"

15 You are now logged into the Horizon Desktop Client Tip! From here you are free to launch and App for Desktop you have access to.
