Service Offerings (14)

Chromebook Lending
UTech will provide Chromebooks for lending while an individual's machine is in for repair. These are usually short term loans (less than 2 weeks).
Deskside Support
Deskside Support Services (DSS) is available to assist faculty and staff members with issues and questions regarding computer hardware and mobile devices.
Endpoint Management (Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Jamf)
Service to manage (image, secure, update, configure) a group of computing devices (laptops, desktops, smart phones, tablets).
Laptop (Dell) Loaner Request
UTech has a limited supply of laptops that can be loaned out on a short term basis while an individual's machine is being repaired. They can also be utilized by students for a semester long loan if needed.

Collaborative space for all CWRU students, faculty, and staff, as well as the University Circle community, to gather, collaborate, and design in visual and aural mediums.

UTech HEC Tech Bar
UTech operates a walk up technology support area on the First Floor of Samson. The Tech Bar in Samson is open on Mondays through Fridays from 8 AM to 5 PM. It is not open on University Holidays.
